RAW MATERIALS
Plywood
Plywood is made by arranging wood veneers perpendicularly according to the fiber direction of adjacent layers, followed by gluing and hot pressing.
It retains characteristics of natural wood, is easy to process and is less likely to deform or crack. It also provides good waterproof and moisture-resistant performance.
Application:
Strong furniture, ceilings and furniture back-panel applications.

Particle Board
Particle board is a wood-based panel made from wood particles with adhesive, formed through paving and hot pressing under controlled temperature and pressure.
It has a flat surface, good dimensional stability, lateral load-bearing capacity and cost performance.
Application:
Cabinet bodies, cabinet-door substrates and load-bearing panels.

MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard)
MDF is a wood-based panel produced from plant fibers through crushing, fiber separation, molding, drying and hot pressing.
MDF provides good dimensional stability, surface quality and machining performance.
Application:
Cabinet-door substrates for kitchen cabinets and wardrobes.
